Roots run deep.

I am a 12th-generation North Carolinian; born, raised and educated here.

I understand the hard work required to run a successful business and plan on operating the acquired business on a day-to-day basis. I’m looking for owners who are ready to step back, but want to ensure their employees, customers, and community continue to be treated with the same respect they've cultivated for decades.

Prior to launching my search, I was a Partner at Brown Advisory, a global investment management firm. As a large stakeholder in many of our companies, I worked hand-in-hand alongside management teams with a focus on operational efficiency, strong go-to-market strategy and responsible capital allocation.

I attended Wake Forest University where I was a walk-on student-athlete as a tight end for the football team led by Jim Grobe.

I currently live in Raleigh with my wife and two young boys.

When not at work, you can find me down in Atlantic Beach on a boat or in the hills of West Virginia on a side-by-side.
